Frank Rabbit users can request deletion of their account, connected social account data, OAuth tokens, scheduled posts, imported analytics and related personal data by contacting us here.

Users can also disconnect connected social accounts from their account settings where available, or revoke Frank Rabbit’s access directly through the relevant social platform.

Once we receive a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise personal data unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
